By introducing participants to both the ‘art’ and ‘craft’ of coaching, ‘Coach Development for Team Managers’ transfers the skills and the ‘know-how’ essential to productive working with any coachee. The core programme is based on three key topic areas:
1. The Cornerstones of Coaching
2. Using the Language and Tools of Coaching
3. Forwarding the Action In Your Organisation
Each module introduces new content while building on the learning of previous modules and inviting participants to share their recent work experiences.
