THEMES
- By introducing participants to both the ‘art’ and ‘craft’ of coaching, ‘Coach Development for Team Managers’ transfers the skills and the ‘know-how’ essential to productive working with any coachee. The core programme is based on three key topic areas:
1. The Cornerstones of Coaching
2. Using the Language and Tools of Coaching
3. Forwarding the Action In Your Organisation - Each module introduces new content while building on the learning of previous modules and inviting participants to share their recent work experiences.
WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN DO AS A RESULT
- The Coach Development Programme has three key outcomes:
1. Communicate the value and impact of effective coaching
2. Empower managers with a portfolio of transferable coaching skills
3. Introduce a series of coaching tools for immediate use in the workplace. - As a result of the Programme, managers will be able to identify and implement coaching strategies that will:
- Increase team and individual productivity, performance and effectiveness
- Improve team communications
- Reduce stress, conflict and inefficiency
- Enable more effective on-the-job learning.
