FORMAT
Half day accelerated workshop followed by post-course e-prompts and buddy coaching to help integrate learning into day-to-day behaviours. Practical and interactive. Includes group work and work in pairs. Max recommended group size 15.

- Understand what factors impact on how successful you are seen to be
- Identify the key stakeholders in your career, what they want from you and what you want from them so that you can be pro-active
- Appreciate that people are different and have different points of view
- Identify the similarities and the differences in your style and your boss’s style of communication and what you can do to get the results you want
- Consider how you organise yourself and how that affects feelings of trust and stress levels
- Identify the positive intentions behind behaviours that drive you crazy and how these can be changed to fascilitate better results
- Gain insight and learning by ‘seeing it from their point of view’
- Use a simple three step process to give your boss feedback that trains him or her to be more effective going forward
- Ask for feedback that enhances your career
- Understand the factors that underpin performance and identify ways of increasing the job learning and enjoyment
