FORMAT
Half day accelerated workshop followed by post course e-prompts and buddy coaching to help integrate learning into day-to-day behaviours. Practical and interactive. Includes group work and work in pairs.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN DO AS A RESULT
- Understand how to use ”credible and approachable” non verbal communication when sending or inviting information
- Judge when and how to use an “independent point of reference” to deliver volatile information without damaging relationships
- Know how and when to use eye to eye contact and when and how to look elsewhere in the room depending on what is to be communicated
- Be able to command the attention of your listener(s) with simple non verbal communication
- Easily ‘get out of trouble’ when a cat personality (or anyone at all) takes them on and makes life difficult
- Use the most powerful indicator of your own state and your listeners - breathing
