Interview Skills

Low on theory and high on practical application, this programme will give you all the tools you will need to be a great interviewer. You'll notice an immediate difference in your ability to structure and lead interviews and your candidates will love you for it.

FORMAT

Accelerated half day workshop followed by post course e-prompts and buddy coaching to help integrate learning into day-to-day behaviours. Practical and interactive. Includes group work and work in pairs. Max recommended group 15.

• Ask the right question at the right time to elicit the information they are looking for
• Be able to put the candidate under pressure where relevant to get to the truth and assess whether an individual has the right level of experience and skill
• Make decisions based on the responses to their questions rather than their own intuitions or subjective perceptions
• Sell the company and role increasing the chances of offers being accepted and all candidates telling their friends (and future candidates) about the great experience they had
