Accelerated half day workshop followed by post course e-prompts and buddy coaching to help integrate learning into day-to-day behaviours. Practical and interactive. Includes group work and work in pairs. Max recommended group 16.

  • Understand the background of the MBTI as well as what it does and does not measure
  • Be aware of the 4 dichotomies that form the foundations of the MBTI and the types of behaviour that these explain
  • Determine your own MBTI profile through a series of self assessment exercises, questionnaire results and ‘best fit coaching
  • Understand 3 sets of type preference combinations and how these influence your own thinking and behaviour, as well as that of others
  • Apply this knowledge to specific relationships and situations at work and develop strategies to handle these effectively

WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN DO AS A RESULT

  • Understand and be able to explain their own behaviour with specific people and in different types of situations at work using the MBTI as a framework
  • Be more aware of how MBTI preferences influence other people’s thinking and behaviour at work.
  • Develop specific strategies to help them be more effective in any chosen work related situations. These could be wide ranging but often include how to manage other people, overcome conflict, manage upwards and build high performing teams.
  • The participants have the chance to discuss and be coached on any issues that are important to them at work, using the MBTI to generate options.
