FORMAT
Accelerated full day workshop followed by post course e-prompts and buddy coaching to help integrate learning into day-to-day behaviours. Practical and interactive. Includes group work and work in pairs. Max recommended group size 15.

WHAT PARTICIPANTS CAN DO AS A RESULT
- Identify how they currently think and how they need to think in order to achieve/create more juicy ideas
- Employ the appropriate state to generate that big idea or concept. Draw on the ‘hare brain – tortoise mind’ concept
- Turn ideas into manageable chunks to make a practical plan of action
- Use proven models to create great practical ideas
- Identify limiting beliefs and evolve them to empowering beliefs using simple NLP strategies
- Starting at the end and working backwards to refine & increase the clarity of goals and what it will take to achieve them
- Check for well formed-ness conditions which make goals more likely to be achieved
- Identify the resources required to achieve the goal and deliver on the idea
- Understand what action really means by linking behaviours to beliefs to identify what they need to create an action orientated behaviour
