In a warp speed world this workshop helps to introduce practical and lasting changes within just half a day. It is designed to support a focus on priorities and to tackle time wasters to improve the working day without sacrificing other areas of life that matter.

FORMAT
Half day accelerated workshop followed by post course e-prompts and buddy coaching to help integrate learning into day-to-day behaviours. Practical and interactive. Includes group work and work in pairs. Max recommended group size 15.
