1 day accelerated workshop followed by post course e-prompts and buddy coaching to help integrate learning into day-to-day behaviours. Practical and interactive. Includes group work and work in pairs.

    How to take delegation effectively, Proactive support.
  • Using the right communication style:
    What’s theirs? What’s yours? Working effectively with their style.
  • When you need your manager:
    Outcomes, obstacles, options & output. Stating Your Case and getting a quick decision. Preparing Your Own Case (based on real situation).
  • At the Right Time:
    When to escalate, where and when to do it (and not do it).
  • Taking Feedback into your own hands:
    Asking how it’s going, volunteering to help, creating new opportunities and being on your managers team.
