Understanding the symptoms of stress, managing stress and preventing stress – This programme is designed for all levels of staff and is founded on proven practical ways to prevent “di-stress” and optimise healthy pressure to deliver high levels of performance using clear fundamental models.
FORMAT
Half day accelerated workshop followed by post course e-prompts and buddy coaching to help integrate learning into day-to-day behaviours. Practical and interactive. - Use simple fundamental models to ascertain their state at any time in comparison to optimum
- Understand what their optimum state is and how to get into it when needed
- Make changes around them to move to their optimum state when they are drifting towards stress
- Have a clear and simple action plan that they design to build resilience to stress using proven health and nutritional guidelines
- Use practised strategies for dealing with external stressors or internal emotional responses to stressors as appropriate
- Build awareness of how they can cause others stress and how they can minimise this effect
- Build more productive, minimum stress environments for others to perform in
