Practise Safe Stress Understanding the symptoms of stress, managing stress and preventing stress – This programme is designed for all levels of staff and is founded on proven practical ways to prevent “di-stress” and optimise healthy pressure to deliver high levels of performance using clear fundamental models.

FORMAT


Half day accelerated workshop followed by post course e-prompts and buddy coaching to help integrate learning into day-to-day behaviours. Practical and interactive. Includes group work and work in pairs. Max recommended group size 15.
