A programme tailored to develop the most impactful tools and approaches to planning, monitoring and delivering a project by doing ‘just enough’ project management as merited by the nature of project and risk to the business.
FORMAT
One and a half days plus half a day follow-up project clinic with 1 trainer leading the group. Focussed on real projects. Highly interactive. Group work and work in pairs. Pre-course introductory reading. Post course e-prompts and buddy coaching help integrate learning.
