• There is the option of a series of telephone conversations with each participant during this period. We will hold the sponsor accountable for their own projects and use a simple format so that we coach them as if we are their sponsor. They get to model us and add value to real ongoing projects. We will provide sponsorship tools. This approach is designed to encourage a coaching approach to their PM's instead of simply making demands.
