Half day accelerated workshop followed by post course e-prompts and buddy coaching to help integrate learning into day-to-day behaviours. Practical and interactive. Includes group work and work in pairs. Max recommended group size 15.

- Identify the skills they already have that work well and those that need to be developed
- Identify the team’s stakeholders and their expectations
- Determine where the focus needs to be to lead a successful team
- Take steps to build a team rather than manage a group
- Recognise which stage the team is at and take appropriate actions to move it forward and achieve results
- Decide what it is appropriate for you to delegate
- Match the appropriate delegation style to the person and the task to achieve results
- Determine how, where, when & how much feedback to give
- Use a simple three step process to ensure your feedback is heard and acted upon
- Say ‘no’, when really necessary, without causing resentment
- Use the Logical Levels model to spot where there are problems in the team
