Archie Mundegar is a consultant and certified NLP coach and trainer. He is also a certified NLP Master Practitioner having undertaken his training with International teaching Seminars (ITS) in the UK. He has a BEng (Hons) degree in Civil Engineering from Manchester University and an MSc in Soil Mechanics from Imperial College, London. He is a member of the International Coach Federation, the world's largest non-profit association of personal and professional coaches.
Archie spent the first seven years of his career as a design engineer and then team manager on construction projects such as the Jubilee Line Extension, Heathrow Express and the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. He spent periods abroad working on projects in Central Africa and Russia for clients such as Shell and Proctor and Gamble. Building on his extensive experience of high profile construction, he went on to become an Accredited Project Manager leading projects in the public and private sectors in the UK. During this period Archie became passionate about developing his project teams and began to explore the areas of NLP and coaching. He undertook his NLP trainers training with NLPU, California, and has gone on to become a coach who enjoys consistently outstanding feedback from his Clients ranging from those who seek personal direction and fulfillment to businesses requiring high impact people development services. Archie now consults with a range of organisations using coaching and accelerated tailor-made training programmes. In this way he helps them to realise the potential in their people to serve their long term objectives. |
