Following a career in the film and video industry Ian retrained in psychology, focusing on individual, group and organisational change. Subsequently he worked with organisations across a wide variety of sectors including; banking, manufacturing, hi-tech, advertising, communications, not-for-profit, coaching people at every level from all major disciplines.

He gained extensive strategic and operational experience in Organisational Development working as an independent consultant, and internal consultant for major players in telecoms and finance including a FTSE 100 organisation going through major transformation following mergers.

An experienced 1:1 and group coach, he is passionate about promoting a learning approach to change. He has helped businesses to create environments that encourage organisational change through the development and management of individual and team talent.

Ian is married with 3 children and when the demands of a growing family allow it, he takes off on his motorcycle dreaming of the world trip that will take him the 'long way round'.
