Rachel brings a passionate and enthusiastic approach to learning. A qualified coach and facilitator she brings creativity and fun to her work. With a wide range of experience in the retail and corporate world she has most recently been employed in the creative and media industries. Rachel enjoys working with managers, leaders and their teams by helping them to find new ways of dealing with challenges and change.

She works with her clients to ensure that they know what they need to achieve, how they are going to get there and that they are motivated and committed to succeed. Rachel is skilled at building rapport quickly. Her style is described as open, supportive, enabling, yet challenging. She focuses on aligning any development activity to business vision and strategy.

Rachel is a strategic thinker, able to challenge others constructively and with a solid educational background that provides rigour to the design and delivery of interventions. She likes to employ a modern and informal working style, both engaging and innovative, that fits well with the creative needs of business today.

Rachel has had a varied career including; English teacher to foreign students, Restaurant Manager and even as a Piazziola before she moved into a career in Learning and Development. She has recently achieved a life ambition of completing a trip around the world visiting 11 countries in 12 months which she says has made her become even more patient, creative in her thinking and she returns with a new lease of energy.
