Previously Vice President of marketing at SkyTel she led a team responsible for development of the distribution channel strategy, sales training, pricing, promotions, product development, advertising, and customer service and played a significant role in building this now over $50 million company with over 500 employees. In this capacity Rosalie was recognised in Who’s Who Worldwide, 1992-1993 Platinum Edition. Ms. Garrett also occupied the position of Acting President of SkyTel for 6 months.

Since the birth of daughter 8 years ago, Rosalie has worked to develop and deliver training that transfers her extensive knowledge and experience of management, sales and marketing in practical, applied, results driven training. As a past buyer of training she understands what companies want from this investment. As a past manager, she knows the real world in which managers are expected to perform. Her performance driven focus is matched by a solution driven methodology that works.

Rosalie has provided training for many well known private and public sector clients among them Axa Insurance, Bayer Diagnostics, Cofunds, Serco, Suffolk County Council, E.Om / Powergen, Stowmarket County Council and Fred Olsens.
