Steve’s strengths lie in developing, facilitating and evaluating learning in the fields of management, leadership, diversity, performance and organisational change. He is qualified performance coach and is trained in a number of psychometric instruments and tools including Apter Motivational styles, Myers Briggs (Levels 1, 2 and Teams) , Belbin Teams, 16PF, Firo B and the Hay EI 360 degree profile. As a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute he is able to gain accreditation for relevant development programs from tactical to strategic management and leadership.

Steve has extensive experience providing training design, delivery and consultancy both nationally and internationally. He works across both Private and Public sectors having worked with large Media, Construction, Hotel, Transport, Industrial, Arts and Dance private organizations as well as Public sectors across the world. His work has taken him to South America, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Yemen, Poland, Macedonia, Finland, China, The Netherlands, Italy and America.

Steve has designed and delivered numerous courses dealing with diversity within the workplace and society. With responsibility as the Head of the Diversity Unit at Centrex he ensured that the organisation complied and led on its obligations in this area. He had direct responsibility for developing a single (six strand) Equality Scheme, reporting to the Commission for Racial equality following an inspection into the Police Service.

During his 32 year career Steve was promoted to the rank of Chief Superintendent within the South Wales Police
