Tracy Sinclair has established herself as a sought-after Corporate Executive and Board Level Coach, a lead trainer and facilitator who has worked with a wide range of organisations, within the UK and internationally. Drawing on her broad experience in the field across the last two decades, Tracy works with business leaders, executives and managers to support and enhance their professional and personal development.
Tracy is also an expert and specialist in the field of Non-Verbal Intelligence, having studied, been personally mentored and worked extensively with Michael Grinder, world-leading expert in this field. Working with people both psychologically and behaviourally, she consistently enables her client’s to tap into their full performance potential.
In addition to working with individuals, Tracy is trained to coach teams using a specialist tool that innovates and leads the team using a coaching diagnostic assessment process which has been uniquely developed by Phillip Sandahl and Alexis Phillips. She is also a member of Boeing’s selected global coaching faculty and is a regular speaker for the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development.
Tracy is bilingual in Spanish and, after graduating, she was a Spanish teacher and translator in Spain for six years. On her return to England, she moved into the corporate sector and developed a highly successful career in International Project Management and Quality Consultancy. Her key roles included Senior Project Manager, EMEA Operations for Bank of America, Strategic Project Director and Senior International Operations Manager for Lloyds Register Quality Assurance and, Quality Consultant for American Express, EMEA.
In 1997, Tracy established her own professional development business to enable clients to maximise their full abilities and personal strengths. Since then, she has designed and delivered many leadership development programmes for clients across a broad range of industry sectors. During that time, her business has grown and evolved, including such clients as Goldman Sachs, Greene King, BMW, Nokia, Fuji Bank and Legal & General.
In addition to her corporate work, Tracy regularly enjoys consulting in schools, teaching non-verbal intelligence and communication skills to both teachers and students alike. This work has resulted in her leading a successful language teaching research project on accelerated learning and motivation.
Tracy is a mentor on the Certificate in Coaching programme for Coaching Development, one of Europe’s leading Coach training schools and is also a speaker at their Summer School. She is currently preparing for her submission to the ICF for PCC status this autumn, having now logged 750 coaching hours. Tracy is also looking forward to starting an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy in September.
