But you, the client, will never be at risk when trying our service. If you are not completely satisfied with your pilot/first training programme you are entitled to have your money back. And you'll get it.

Included - all design, preparation, project management, meetings, calls, progress reporting, materials, e-prompts, questionnaires, branding, delivery and reasonable client support.
Excluded - VAT, travel and accommodation expenses (if overnight stays necessary)
For clients who are delivering significant programmes we are able to share the savings we make through repeat orders in any 12 month period.
